However, we can provide cleaning services for an additional fee. Please consult with us in advance if you wish to do so (we cannot accommodate requests made on the same day).

Yes, we will prepare them for you. Face and bath towels are provided in advance for one night for the number of guests staying.

As part of our commitment to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), we do not change towels during your stay. If you need additional towels, please feel free to use the in-room laundry machine or we can provide them for 500 yen per set.

Please contact the reservation site for a receipt. We can issue a certificate of stay.
