outsourcing
The facility may outsource a part of its operations and provide personal information to the outsourced companies to the extent necessary. In such cases, the facility will enter into a contract with the subcontractor regarding the handling of personal information, and will exercise appropriate supervision over the subcontractor.
Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, Addition, Suspension of Use, and Deletion of Personal Information
